We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

Being part of the Patient Participation Group is your chance to shape the future of Kirkoswald Surgery; it is about having your say about the Practice and the services it offers. You will also find out how the Practice fits into the wider structure of the NHS.

The role of the Patient Participation Group is to:

1. Represent the ‘patient interest’ by working alongside the Practice and evaluating performance. Together we review what is working within the Practice and what is not.
2. Communicate with the Practice population, feedback the information received to develop and plan future services to be delivered.
3. Act as a partner with the Practice and the Community.

The Patient Participation Group meets every two months.

Please be mindful that feedback is very welcome, although it is not to reflect personal agendas or complaints against the Practice and the appropriate channel is to be used for this purpose.
